Your personal data will be protected administratively, technically, and physically to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your ARCO request must include and comply with the requirements set forth in Article 29 of the LDP.

Sensitive Personal Data:

  • According to the LDP, sensitive personal data refers to information regarding racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and sexual preference.
  • In such cases, the data owner must give express consent through a handwritten signature, electronic signature, or any other verification mechanism established for this purpose.
